Two Layer ESD Mats have two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 108 - 109 and bottom layer is 105 - 106. The ESD Two Layer Mat material offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. The ESD Two Layer Mat is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats. Temperature resistance to 200oF. Meets ASTM D-412, D-2240, EOS/ESD-S4, FTMS 101C standards.

Applications: Table Top use to provide static safe work surface for static sensitive products in Aviation, Cleanrooms, Computer Operators, Computer Technicians, Electronic, Fiber Optics, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Industries in high temperature setting.
