Three Layer ESD Mats, are .093" thick and are ideal for static dissipative and flexible work surfaces. The ESD Three Layer Mat has a solid vinyl, homogeneous construction with a buried conductive layer in between which provides superior physical and electrical qualities. These ESD mats are considered to be our highest quality mat and the best at maintaining an ESD Safe environment. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Surface resistivity is 107 – 108. Temperature resistance to 160oF.

Applications: Electronic Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Plants, Cleanrooms, Fiber Optics, Aerospace and Hospitals.

High Tech ESD Mats are 3/8" thick and are made of two layers of PVC foam surrounded by a layer of conductive fleece to form an expanded static dissipative work surface. Designed for use in front of computer keyboards and technicians working on static sensitive electronic components. Surface resistivity is 107 – 108. Temperature resistance to 160oF. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards.
