General Purpose ESD Mat Kits
ESD Work Surface Mat Kits are designed for electronic assembly where Static charge is a concerned. ESD mat kits are made of Single layer Homogenous Vinyl material, Rubber material and PVC foam material. These ESD mat kits are available in 2ft and 3ft width and 1/16" to 3/8" thickness. All of our Kits include a 9' ground cord and a wrist strap. Most standard and common sizes and colors are shown below.

Made of two layers of PVC foam surrounded by a layer of conductive fleece to form an expanded static dissipative work surface. These ESD mat kits are designed for use in front of computer keyboards and technicians working on static sensitive electronic components. Surface resistivity for this material is 107 – 108. Service temperature is -20oF to 160oF. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards.

1/16" Thick ESD Mat Kits, Rubber, Two Layer, Blue color
ESD Mat has two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 108 – 109 and bottom layer is 105 - 106. The ESD Two Layer Mat material offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. The ESD Two Layer Mat is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats. Temperature resistance to 240oF.
