ESD worksurface mats are available in single layer homogenous vinyl material, two layer rubber material and three layer vinyl/rubber material.

General Purpose ESD Mats are made of a single layer homogenous Polymer Mix. They are designed to provide static safe work surface for electronic products. These ESD Mats are low cost, durable, easy to cut and reversible. Surface resistivity is 109 – 1010. Meets ASTM D412, D1004, D2240-75 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Service temperature of -20ooF to 160oF.
Applications: Table Top use for static sensitive products in Aviation, Cleanrooms, Computer Operators, Computer Technicians, Electronic, Fiber Optics, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Industries. More Detail

ESD Two Layer Mat has two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Surface resistivity is 105 – 106. The ESD Two Layer Mat material offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. The ESD Two Layer Mat is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats. Temperature resistance to 200oF. Meets ASTM D-412, D-2240, EOS/ESD-S4, FTMS 101C standards.

ESD Three Layer Mat, also known as a Three Layer ESD Mat is ideal for static dissipative and flexible work surfaces. The ESD Three Layer Mat has a solid vinyl, homogeneous construction with a buried conductive layer in between which provides superior physical and electrical qualities. These ESD mats are considered to be our highest quality mat and the best at maintaining an ESD Safe environment. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. ESD High Temperature Mat has two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber layer at the bottom. Surface resistivity is 106 – 108. This ESD High Temperature Mat will withstand solvents, soldering iron deformation and has excellent abrasion resistance. Low outgassing and VOC makes it a preferred mat for Cleanrooms and other controlled areas.The embossed surface reduces light glare and increase slip resistance. Withstands Soldering Iron contacts. Temperature resistance to 200oF. This ESD Mat meets ASTM F-150, D-2240, NFPA-99, ES S7.1, UL-779, EN 100015/DIN51953 and EOS 20/20 standards.
