ESD High Temperature Mats have two layers, top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber layer at the bottom. Surface resistivity is 106 – 108. This ESD High Temperature Mat will withstand solvents, soldering iron deformation and has excellent abrasion resistance. Low outgassing and VOC makes it a preferred mat for Cleanrooms and other controlled areas.The embossed surface reduces light glare and increase slip resistance. Withstands Soldering Iron contacts. Temperature resistance to 200oF. This ESD Mat meets ASTM F-150, D-2240, NFPA-99, ES S7.1, UL-779, EN 100015/DIN51953 and EOS 20/20 standards.
Applications: Electronic Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Plants, Soldering workstations, Electronic Repair, Cleanrooms, Fiber Optics, Aerospace and Hospitals.
